Cancellation
To make a reservation, an advance payment of 50% of the total amount is required via the online payment system.
In the event of cancellation or failure to show up at the facility on the day of arrival, the prepayment will be forfeited. The reservation can be canceled within 30 (days) days before arrival.
If you cancel your reservation after this time or if you do not show up on the day of arrival, the property will charge you for the entire stay.
In order to guarantee the reservation, you must provide your credit card details or make a prepayment for the entire stay via the online payment system.
Animals
The hotel accepts animal stay at a daily rate the amount of which depends on the animal size. The animals cannot access the restaurant and SPA. Owners must have a leash and muzzle (in case of dogs) and sign the Animal Stay Policy at check-in.
