To make a reservation, an advance payment of 50% of the total amount is required via the online payment system. In the event of cancellation or failure to show up at the facility on the day of arrival, the prepayment will be forfeited. The reservation can be canceled within 30 (days) days before arrival. If you cancel your reservation after this time or if you do not show up on the day of arrival, the property will charge you for the entire stay. In order to guarantee the reservation, you must provide your credit card details or make a prepayment for the entire stay via the online payment system.

Accommodation for 1 child under 5 years old is complimenatry on the same meal basis if the child sleeps on the same bed as parents.

We kindly inform you that in accordance with the amendment to the Family and Guardianship Code, additional provisions aimed at protecting minors who have become victims of violence came into force on February 15, 2024 (so-called "Lex Kamilek" Act). Under this Act, representatives of, among others, the hotel industry have been obliged to identify the relationship between an adult guest and a child, i.e., to establish whether the adult is the parent/legal guardian of the minor with whom they have arrived and whether the child is not in danger in the given situation.

THEREFORE, AN IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR YOU: If the child covered by the reservation arrives at the hotel/premises and is checked in by a person who is not their parent or legal guardian, it will be the duty of the reception staff to require this person to present a PARENTS'/LEGAL GUARDIAN'S CONSENT STATEMENT REGARDING THE CHILD'S STAY UNDER THE CARE OF THAT PERSON (a template of the document is available online or upon request our reception can provide it to you). The aforementioned situation applies not only to unrelated persons with the child but also, among others, to the child's grandparents or uncles who are not their legal guardians at that time.

We kindly ask for your understanding towards our staff who, in accordance with the above-mentioned amendment, have been obliged (under the threat of a fine) to undertake such actions.

The hotel accepts animal stay at a daily rate the amount of which depends on the animal size. The animals cannot access the restaurant and SPA. Owners must have a leash and muzzle (in case of dogs) and sign the Animal Stay Policy at check-in.
